About Flamencas Vintage

I was born in Madrid (Spain) within an Andalusian family. I have been living in the UK for over 20 years and I always wondered why the flamenco dresses I saw in here, were so dated. Surely the ladies travelling to the famous Feria de Abril in Seville want to look and feel like a real flamenca when walking in an authentic flamenco dress! So I decided to get hands on and change the pre loved market with more modern styles.

Flamencas Vintage was born!
All my flamenco dresses come from members of my own family. Each year, aunts, cousins, mum and myself, need to make room for new dresses for the ferias season. The dresses listed have only been worn by us.
They are all either made to measure or bought new off the rack in Spain. Mostly designed by well stablished flamenco clothing designers from Seville, Huelva, Madrid... Some have previously been customised by us to make them special.

A lot of thought and time has been invested in choosing the right accessories for each dress, to make each final outfit, authentic, up to date and unique.
